Fixed Fee
We offer a complete conveyancing package for a fixed fee of $699 (plus disbursements) for properties with a sale price of less than $1 million. Our fixed fee includes all usual work associated with a standard purchase or sale of property.
Buying a property
Our fixed fee for purchasers includes:
- Review and advice relating to the contract of sale and section 32 vendor statement
- Negotiate special conditions or amendments to purchase documents (if applicable)
- Advice and assistance on execution of purchase documents and effecting exchange of the contract of sale
- Order relevant searches and enquiries. Please note, the fees charged by third party providers of these searches are past to our clients as disbursements
- Respond to any notice for the early release of the deposit
- Prepare nomination documents if required
- Prepare the transfer of land
- Face to face meeting to sign documents for settlement
- Liaise with mortgagee in preparation for settlement
- Liaise with real estate agent
- Prepare adjustments for settlement
- Attend settlement
- Notify authorities and real estate agent of settlement
- Attend to stamping and registration (if applicable)
Selling a property
Our fixed fee for vendors includes:
- Preparation of the contract of sale and section 32 vendor statement
- Negotiate amendments to sale documents (if applicable)
- Advice and assistance on execution of sale documents and effecting exchange of the contract of sale
- Prepare notice for the early release of the deposit (if applicable)
- Prepare documents for settlement
- Face to face meeting to sign documents for settlement
- Liaise with mortgagee in preparation for settlement
- Liaise with real estate agent
- Verify adjustments and cheques required for settlement
- Notify authorities and real estate agent of settlement
