Our small internal team is comprised of highly qualified and experienced professional advisers. Our lawyers all hold (or are working toward) post-graduate qualifications, and have previously worked at top tier law firms or in-house with major corporations. Our accounting Adviser is a CPA and full IPA member, with post-graduate qualifications in marketing and quality control systems.
The Avenue Solutions team is supported by a range of other professional advisers with whom we closely work on a routine basis, including a marketing specialist, insurance broker and a business development consultant.
To keep fees as low as possible for our clients:
– We do not typically use administrative staff; and
– Our team rely on technology to work flexibly, and at times and from locations most convenient for our Advisers (who, in turn, are often able to work in a way most convenient to our clients). We work from our office on St Kilda Road, from home or from any other location that is suitable and convenient for us and our families.
Danielle Moloney

Adviser – Legal
Danielle is an Adviser at Avenue Solutions and heads up Avenue Solutions Conveyancing and Property. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and also a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Danielle was admitted as a lawyer in 2005 and, since that time, has worked as an in-house lawyer for a Big 4 bank and subsequently as Business Manager to the Chief Financial Officer for the same bank. In the latter role, Danielle was responsible for providing high level advice and support to senior management and board members.
At Avenue Solutions Danielle assists clients with conveyancing, leasing and other property law related matters.
Danielle’s interest in property law and specifically conveyancing, developed during her time with the bank. Whilst working as an in-house transactional lawyer, Danielle worked on both the finance arrangements and legal documentation for numerous large property developments and acquisitions. This experience has given Danielle great insight into the requirements and processes of financiers; experience she uses to assist her clients today.
Danielle divides her time between the Melbourne office and working from her home office on the Surf Coast. When she is not working, Danielle is busy with a young family enjoying the local beaches and outdoor lifestyle.
Richard Stewart
LLM, LLB(Hons), Grad Dip Leg Prac, Dip Bus MIPA
Principal Adviser – Legal and Commercial
Richard is a Principal Adviser at Avenue Solutions. He is a qualified lawyer, accountant and registered tax agent, and previously held the designation of Chartered Taxation Adviser (not renewed).
Prior to establishing Avenue Solutions, Richard worked as a community lawyer in Melbourne and, prior to that, at Freehills (in Melbourne) and Everingham Solomons (in Tamworth, NSW).
At Avenue Solutions, Richard primarily assists clients with commercial law matters but also provides commercial and taxation law advice.
Richard has written for, and taught at, Southern Cross University and RMIT University. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne, and his work has been published in popular and academic media.
Arpana Patel
BCom (Acc, Tax), Grad.Dip (Marketing) CPA MIPA
Principal Adviser – Accounting
Arpana is a Principal Adviser at Avenue Solutions.
After starting her career as a graduate accountant with a multi-national publishing company, Arpana moved into an in-house accounting role with the Bob Jane Corporation in 2003. Whilst at Bob Jane, Arpana was responsible for the implementation of a new accounting system and also worked on the company’s financial reporting procedures. In 2005, Arpana accepted a role with John Crane Australia as a Finance Manager, and led a team of accountants. In this role, Arpana was also responsible for implementing full accounting internal controls, stock management controls, and the design of a new financial reporting pack for the employer’s parent company. Whilst at John Crane, Arpana undertook a Leadership & Management course for 3 months to support her in her managerial position and further develop her skills.
Arpana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a full member of both CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants. Arpana is also a certified internal quality auditor for ISO 9001.
At Avenue Solutions, Arpana assists clients with general accounting and bookkeeping, taxation, and will also be available to assist clients with business development and the implementation of systems and quality controls. Arpana is currently undertaking legal studies with a view to becoming a licensed conveyancer.
Ann-Maree Ventura
JD, MTax, BBus (Acc), FTIA
Adviser – Legal and Taxation
Ann-Maree has recently returned to the firm from parental leave and is currently an Adviser at Avenue Solutions.
Ann-Maree started her tax career at KPMG and then worked for 7 years at the NAB in both the tax and legal teams. Prior to joining Avenue Solutions, Ann-Maree was a senior lawyer with Clayton Utz where she worked in the firm’s banking and finance group, before joining its tax group in 2008.
Whilst she practices in all areas of commercial law, Ann-Maree has a particular interest in taxation law and practice and routinely assists clients in relation to tax matters at Avenue Solutions.
Ann-Maree holds degrees in business and law including a Master of Taxation from Monash University. Ann-Maree is admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria, a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of Australia and is a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
